Despite thier versitile nature you will normally find Imperials working as a solider in the Imperial Army armed with Swords and Shields and Light Armour. The Imperials are great with words and it said they have the Voice of the Emperor, allowing them to calm down or charm anybody they meet and as a result Imperial Merchents are some of the best in Skyrim and in Tamriel, the Imperials are very open to the way they fight and what skills they learn, you'll will find some Imperial mages, some Imperial sneak-thiefs and some Imperial Warriors. The Altmer treat it as a puppet to do its bidding, and the rebellion in Skyrim could just be the start of many rebellions to come. The days of the Empire are seemingly short. The Imperials have always had a way for words and have strong relationships with all the races of Tamriel apart from the Altmeri Dominon who waged a terrible war on the Empire that ended finally with the White-Gold Concordat in 4E 170, shortly after the Stormcloaks sprang up in rebellion against the Empire and its truce with the Elves. After Tiber Septim became emperor the Septim family ruled until the start of the Fourth Era, with Martin Septim's sacrifice to close all Gates to Oblivion once and for all.
The Natives of the Central Provice of Tamriel, Cyrodiil, the Imperials brought order and stabiliy to much of Tamriel at the end of the Second Era, lead by the Dragonborn Tiber Septim. However Nords are not overly skilled in Magic, unless they train hard and practice on unfourtunate souls. The Nords have the ability of Battlecry, which strikes fear in to almost all enemies.
The Nords are very resistant to the cold and as a result have a 50% resistance to frost damage, they also favour the light armours such as leather and fur, and are also very skilled with one-handed weapons such as Axes and Swords. After the death of the High King by Jarl Ulfirc of Windhelm, the Country has been in civil war, with the Stormcloaks (named after Jarl Ulfric's last name) controlling, the major cities of Windhelm (The old captial of Skyrim), Riften (home to the failing Theives Guild) and the minor cities of Winterhold and Dawnstar, and the Imperials in control of Solitude, Markarth, Whiterun, Falkreath and Morthal. The Nords have never favoured the Elven Kind or the Bretons of High Rock to the West of Skyrim, and their anger has flown into all out civil war after the humiliating White-Gold Concordat sign in 4E 170, stopping the worship of the Nordic Human-God Talos.
The Nords are the native race of Skyrim, Brave and powerful they have made up a large part of the Empire's army throughout its history.
